We do not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for the quality, timeliness, safety, licensing, insurance, or outcome of any contractor's work. You are responsible for verifying a contractor's license, insurance, references, and suitability before hiring them and for the terms of any contract you sign.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates, quotes, prices, or timelines you receive are provided directly by independent roofing contractors, not by Bronx Yonkers Roofing. Estimates are not binding on us and may change based on the contractor's inspection of your property, materials, scope of work, and other factors. Any cost figures or ranges shown on the Site are general informational guidance only and do not constitute an offer or a quote.

Use of the Site

When you use the Site, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in any form you submit.
